HYBSA Umpire Pay Rates

Shetland  (Tee Ball 6U) (60 min) - $ 40

Pinto (Coach Pitch 8U) (75 Min) - $ 50

Mustang (10U) (90 min) - $ 60

Bronco (12U) (105 min) - $ 70

Pony (14U) (120) Min - $ 80

- Pay rates are the same for both baseball and softball based on time limits.

- Same pay whether calling the plate or bases at Mustang and above.

- Umpires working from behind the plate (wearing gear) at Mustang and above get 1.5 times the pay rate for calling a game solo.

- Umpires working from behind the mound (not wearing gear) at Mustang and above get the standard rate for calling a game solo.

- All payments are made by check.  No cash at the plate.  Submission of a W-9 is required.
